Refund policy

30 Day Return Policy

At Floppy Fish Dog Toy, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be brand new, unused, and returned in its original packaging and condition. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used items, or if more than 30 days have passed since receiving your purchase.

Damaged Packages

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately at support@floppyfishdogtoy.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has been lost or stolen after arriving in your home country, please contact the courier or postal service responsible for delivery to obtain further details. Often, packages may have been delivered to a neighbor or left in a designated safe area; we recommend checking with neighbors first before contacting your delivery service. If you're unsure which courier handled your delivery, please reach out to us directly for assistance. In cases where your package was stolen after confirmed delivery, contact the courier service immediately for further information, and kindly inform us as well.

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and original packaging. Only the original purchaser may request a return.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@floppyfishdogtoy.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs and should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Some Things Can't Be Returned

• Items such as food (including catnip), custom items, personal care items, pet stainless steel and no-spill bowls, and hazardous items cannot be returned.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items damaged or chewed by your pet are not eligible for return or refund.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items.
