Shipping Policy

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days.
Weekend orders will be processed first thing in the morning on Monday.

How long till I receive my order?

All orders will be shipped via USPS and 4PX.
Delivery times vary for location.
  • Average transit times to United Kingdom: 2 - 15 Business days
  • Average transit times to the United States: 3 - 16 Business days
  • Average transit times to Canada: 3 -16 Business days
  • Average transit times to Europe: 3 - 16 Business days
  • Average transit times to New Zealand: 3 - 16 Business days
  • Average transit times to Australia: 2 - 15 Business days

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Tracking number is available when you select Premium Shipping only. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

Ordering more than one item?

We work with several partners and manufactories located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and China. Some items that you ordered may be shipped to you separately and may arrive at different times.

Customs, local taxes or fees:

Your destination country might require that you pay a custom or any other fee on the purchase. Paying for this is buyers’ responsibility.

Changes request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.

I need to cancel my order:

You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

Unfortunately orders which are in in the process of shipment (left our facility) are not liable for cancellation.

I have entered an incorrect mailing address:

If you have misspelled or auto filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address on orders which are in in the process of shipment (left our facility).

My items arrived damaged:

We do ship every item with double boxes, extra padding, and foam. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. 

Always refuse the package if you see damage on it and file a complaint with the courier directly! It will be re-shipped back to us and we will happily re-ship another one. If you do accept the package, we won't be able to help you.

    - A picture of the damaged package/product. (Send us more than one image if possible.)

Once received at our office, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge with standard shipping.

Few words from us:

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
As a small company, we do not have a packaging center yet, but we are working hard on expanding. Our products are sent to our packaging partner in Asia, which redistributes your packages around the world.
